SuperTuxKart Evolution

Die nächste große Veröffentlichung von SuperTuxKart, genannt SuperTuxKart Evolution, befindet sich derzeit in Entwicklung. Aufbauend auf dem Fundament von allen, die STK zu dem gemacht haben, was es heute ist, wird SuperTuxKart Evolution das größte Release in der Geschichte von STK bezogen auf neue Inhalte: neue Strecken, neue Funktionen, verbessertes Gameplay, verbesserte Grafik und vieles mehr. Als Teil unserer Arbeit an SuperTuxKart Evolution wird das SuperTuxKart-Team auch die Kommunikation mit der Community verbessern, mit häufigeren Updates über unsere Pläne. Ein neues Forum wurde eröffnet, in dem Spieler über das Spiel chatten und uns Fragen stellen können. Außerdem möchten wir es neuen Mitwirkenden leichter machen, sich uns auf unserem Weg anzuschließen.

A new STK video showcasing Freytra Peaks and Drainage Dash, two of the new tracks designed for SuperTuxKart Evolution, has been released. These tracks are available in early access for donators as part of the 1.5 gift package.

The gift package has also been updated to fix some very minor issues (missing sparks in Drainage Dash, some warning message in the logs) as well as add egg hunts to Freytra Peaks.

STK 1.5 is finally here!

It brings a wide array of changes, including graphical improvements, new soccer fields and egg hunts, six new themes, a new benchmark mode, UI enhancements, and more.

A gift package featuring 2 tracks designed for SuperTuxKart Evolution is also available for donators.

SuperTuxKart 1.5 will feature a new integrated benchmark helping players to pick settings and to easily compare how different devices perform.

5 years after the release of SuperTuxKart 1.0, the release of STK 1.5 is drawing close.
