Making textures is important in any game. Whether or not you're making 3D art, you can help by making textures for the game. However, it helps to have experience with Blender to ensure that your texture tiles well. Please also read the texture guidelines (linked in prerequisites above) first, as the guidelines are very important.

Note that unlike the other tutorials on this wiki, the pages linked below are not necessarily chronological. Consider them as methods which you could integrate into your own artistic process. Remember, use the method that works best for you.
